18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes; 2. Diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes; 3. Aged between 18 and 50 years old; 4. The body weight was stable in the past 3 months, and there was no history of hypertension; 5. Good compliance, can cooperate with research investigation, comply with standardized nutrition management and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, endocrine system diseases, infectious diseases or mental disorders; 2. Continuous use of antibiotics within the past 1 month; 3. Unable to continue to complete the intervention study or affecting the results due to other reasons.
