Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Mechanical ventilation time >= 2 weeks; 3. Use Fuerkai CH10 spiral nasointestinal tube; 4. The nasointestinal tube has been confirmed to be placed behind the pylorus; 5. Nasogastric tube use time >= 2 weeks; 6. Start enteral nutrition therapy within 48 hours of admission to the ICU; 7. Patients or family members have informed consent and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to change body position due to illness: spine or spinal cord injury, lumbar puncture, closed chest drainage, hemodynamic instability, intracranial hypertension; 2. Perform esophageal and gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Gastrointestinal tumors; 4. Gastrointestinal obstruction or bleeding; 5. Suspension of feeding for >= 1 hour; 6. Patients diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux; 7. Combined with abdominal compartment syndrome; 8. Pregnancy; 9. Gastrointestinal decompression; 10. Those who adopt the prone position.
