Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Automatically recruit patients > 18 years old who received general anesthesia; 2. The time required for the operation is > 120 minutes in the supine position for selective laparoscopic abdominal surgery intervention; 3. The physical condition of the patients under general anesthesia is ASAII class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The exclusion criteria involve patients undergoing non-abdominal laparoscopic surgery, surgery involving lung mechanical or surgical manipulation; 2. Patients with chronic lung diseases, or patients with previous lung diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, tuberculosis or cardiopulmonary disease were excluded from the study.
