Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-45 years old; 2. Singleton, full-term (gestational week >= 37w), cephalic pregnancy; 3. Women who deliver vaginally and require epidural labor analgesia; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 5. The subjects participated voluntarily and informedly, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications for epidural analgesia (infection or trauma at the puncture site, spinal deformity or history of surgery, infectious diseases such as bacteremia or abnormal blood coagulation, etc.); 2. Those with a body temperature higher than 38? before analgesia; 3. Patients with inflammatory diseases or other diseases affecting NLR before blood collection; 4. Those who used glucocorticoids, antibiotics and other drugs that affect NLR levels one week before delivery; 5. Patients with non-cephalic pregnancy, cesarean section and induced labor; 6. Known genetic or congenital fetal malformation, fetal growth restriction or oligohydramnios that may be related to placental dysfunction.
