45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 45-80 years old; 2. Patients with systolic heart failure; 3. NYHA is classified as Grade II or III; 4. LVEF <= 50% 5. Insomnia symptoms last for more than 3 months, 3 times or more per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute heart failure; 2. Patients with chronic heart failure accompanied by acute hemodynamic disorder or acute decompensation; 3. Patients diagnosed with depression and other mental diseases; 4. Exclude other sleep-related diseases (OSA, etc.).
