18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II level; 2. The gestational age is between 36 and 41 weeks; 3. Women with vaginal midwifery who need fetal head suction or forceps for single fetal head position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse labor analgesia and spinal anesthesia, or have contraindications.
