Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for large-area deep burns, and the total burn area is more than 30%; 2. Age 18 years and above; 3. The burn depth is ?-? degree; 4. The patients voluntarily joined the study, and the patients and their families gave informed consent to the purpose and content of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with blood system diseases, organ dysfunction diseases, immune system diseases, and malignant tumors before burn; 2. Those who are unable to undergo surgery; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. Unable to cooperate with treatment or rehabilitation.
