Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-23 years old; 2. Male college students in their first or second year of university; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation; 4. 24 <= BMI < 27.9 (China overweight standard).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular and long-term Tai Chi athletes; 2. Members of sports associations; 3. Severe cardiovascular disease or musculoskeletal system disease.
