Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients who meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression/mania episodes, either first episode or relapse; 2. Age 14-65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Han nationality; 4. Hamilton Depression Scale (24 items) >= 17 points, Young's Mania Scale = 12 points; 5. Have certain reading and writing skills, and be able to complete questionnaires and psychological assessments; 6. Right-handed; 7. The patient himself signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who suffer from other DSM-V axis I, axis II mental disorders or other diseases or have epilepsy or cognitive impairment; 2. Combined with serious physical diseases or organic diseases in the brain; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Malnourished or obese (BMI = 30); 5. Substance dependence such as drugs and alcohol; 6. Accompanied by severe sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, restless legs, etc.
