Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 45 years old; 2. The general condition before the operation is good, the consciousness is clear, and there is no language dysfunction; 3. Patients who are clinically diagnosed with brain tumors and who plan to undergo craniotomy and intracranial tumor resection under general anesthesia; 4. The patient had no distant dissemination and metastasis before operation; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in clinical research and have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ dysfunction or failure; 2. Prior to surgery, patients had a history of cognitive dysfunction, stroke and mental illness; 3. Patients who are participating in intervention studies related to this study; 4. Can not cooperate to complete the inspection.
