Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-90 years; 2. ASA I -II; 3. Nerve block surgery is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindations of transthoracic muscle block (allergy to anesthetic used in this study, severe coagulation dysfunction, significant platelet count abnormality, infection at puncture site, etc.) or refusal to accept nerve block, morbidly obese patients (BMI > 40 kg/m2) and high-risk patients with malignant high fever; 2. Have a history of mental and neurological diseases, alcoholism and drug abuse, long-term use of opioids or antipsychotic drugs; 3. Prior to surgery, patients had received radiotherapy or chemotherapy, had chronic pain before surgery, had chronic pain before surgery, had neuromuscular disease, had pregnancy; 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate with this study due to some reasons (such as deafness, blindness, language communication disorder, etc.); 5. Lost to follow-up patients.
