No minimum to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1 month–16 years; 2. A minimal PICU stay of more than 72 h; 3. If the patient has the repeat experience admitted to PICU, the first time of PICU admission will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients transfer from other ICUs or transfer to other ICUs; 2. Patients unable to complete long-term follow-up(e.g., parents or guardians with language disability); 3. Guardians or parents not willing to participate in the study.
