18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Diagnosed with diabetes, fasting venous blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L; or 2h postprandial blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L, and repeated 2 times; 3. Diabetic foot with Wagner grade lesions of grade ? and grade ? or above; 4. No serious heart, liver, kidney and blood system diseases; 5. The patient has agreed to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumors or other serious diseases, the expected survival is less than 6 months; 2. Symptomatic myocardial infarction occurred in the past 3 months; or unstable angina, with more than or equal to 3 episodes in the past 1 month; or severe heart failure that is difficult to control with drugs; 3. Combined with severe respiratory insufficiency (PO2 50 mmHg, namely 6.5 Kpa); 4. Cerebral hemorrhage or massive cerebral infarction occurred within the past 2 months; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients; 6. Patients with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate, unwilling to cooperate, lost to follow-up and died unexpectedly.
