18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old <= age <= 70 years old, male or female; 2. ECOG score 0-1; 3. The estimated survival period is not less than 12 weeks; 4. Single solitary pulmonary nodule; 5. 0.8 cm <= pulmonary nodule diameter <= 3.0 cm; 6. Lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed by pathology (histology), and the degree of infiltration of the patient's lung adenocarcinoma (carcinoma in situ, microinvasive carcinoma, invasive carcinoma) (according to the WHO 2015 classification); 7. According to the eighth edition of clinical tumor TNM staging, the subject is a patient with resectable stage IA lung adenocarcinoma; 8. Those who have not undergone radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery and targeted therapy; 9. The subject must have sufficient cardiopulmonary function for the expected sublobar/lobar/combined lobectomy; 10. Female subjects of childbearing age must have a serum pregnancy test within 3 days before the start of the study, and the result is negative; 11. The subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastasis in lymph nodes and other systems; 2. Suffered from other malignant tumors in the past 3 years; 3. Postoperative pathology is atypical adenoma hyperplasia; 4. Subjects are known to have a history of psychotropic substance abuse, alcoholism or drug abuse; 5. The investigator believes that there is any condition that may harm the subject or cause the subject to be unable to meet or perform the research requirements.
