Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. OSA patients meet the criteria of the latest diagnostic guidelines, and the selected subjects did not drink alcohol, strong tea, coffee, cola, or use sedative and hypnotic drugs that affect sleep 24 hours before sleep monitoring; 2. Age > 18 years old, gender is not limited; 3. The medical records are complete and relevant examinations are accepted; 4. Willing to participate in this experiment after communication and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of sleep disorders; 2. Patients undergoing ENT surgery or positive airway pressure therapy; 3. Other endocrine diseases that affect glucose metabolism; 4. Those who are using drugs that affect body weight or lipid-lowering drugs; 5. Severe liver, kidney, heart and brain diseases; 6. Patients with malignant tumors, chemotherapy and immunosuppression; 7. Unable to cooperate with the assessor.
