Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0-18 who are diagnosed with chalazion in the day surgery center of our hospital and underwent curettage chalazion.; 2. 30 children with non-ocular diseases, non-infectious diseases, normal tear secretion test, normal tear river height, no allergic conjunctivitis, and no history of allergy are selected as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with systemic antibiotics within 1 week were excluded.
