Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasound examination revealed a single thyroid nodule in BI-RADS 3-4a category, basically excluding thyroiditis and thyroid malignancy, and repeat FNA confirmed it as a benign nodule; 2. The patient has subjective symptoms related to the nodule, such as neck discomfort or pain, compression (dysphagia, dyspnea), foreign body sensation, etc.; 3. Enlarged nodules affect beauty; 4. Benign thyroid nodules grow rapidly to obvious enlargement (> 4 cm) and have compression symptoms or clinical needs; 5. Heart, lung, brain, kidney and coagulation system diseases without anesthesia and surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid nodules combined with hyperthyroidism; 2. Others who cannot tolerate conventional anesthesia and surgical treatment; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. Ultrasound examination showed that the thyroid nodule was located retrosternally.
