Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the New York criteria modified in 1984 or the ASAS criteria in 2009, with a diagnosis of spondyloarthritis or its subtype; 2. Age 18 or above, gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Use of drugs that seriously affect the intestinal flora, such as antibiotics, probiotics, etc.in one month; 3. Serious infection, liver, kidney or systemic disease, including tumor, blood disease; 4. Refuse to participate in this research.
