Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study; ? No confirmed disease history; ? Three days before the examination, regular diet, no overeating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Take drugs (mainly drugs affecting liver and kidney function, blood sugar and blood lipids) three days before examination; ? Three days before the test, strenuous exercise (such as 100-meter race, marathon, 50-meter swimming, etc.); ? Check drinking the day before.
