Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-65 years of age (80% between 40 and 65 years of age); 2. The comprehensive evaluation score of the immune-related health score scale =3 times a year; (2) Bronchitis or pneumonia >=2 times a year; (3) Easy acute diarrhea (except for food intolerance such as lactose and gliadin) >=3 times a year; (4) Urinary infection >=3 times a year; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who were unable to take orally or as required; 2. Pregnant or lactating women over the age of 65 years. Subjects who were intolerant or allergic to the test article; 3. The chief complaint is unclear; 4. Severe patients with severe occupational diseases; 5. Patients with severe diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system as well as mental illness; 6. The subject suffers from immune-related diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic vasculitis, scleroderma, pemphigus, dermatomyositis, mixed connective tissue disease, primary thrombocytopenia, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, primary myxoedema, hyperthyroidism, ulcerative colitis, etc.
