18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with valvular disease undergoing elective valve surgery; 2. Age 18 and above; 3. New York Heart Association cardiac function grade II or III, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >= 45%; 4. ASA grade II-III; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other cardiovascular diseases (patients with severe hypertension, grade III or above, who are not eligible for elective surgery); 2. Complicated with serious respiratory diseases (such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, decreased pulmonary function and pulmonary functional injury caused by other reasons); 3. Complicated with serious diseases of the urinary system; 4. Moderate and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Complicated with serious mental diseases (such as schizophrenia, mania and depression); 6. BMI>30kg/m2; 7. Severely difficult airway (grade III or IV of modified Mahalanobis score); 8. Impaired motor language function cannot cooperate with the assessment; 9. History of allergy to narcotic drugs (including those allergic to propofol or cyclophenol injection excipients: soybean oil, glycerol, egg yolk lecithin and other components) history of anesthesia accidents.
