Small dose group:When the patients blood glucose was <= 13.9 mmol/L, normal insulin 0.1 U kg-1 h-1 was used to continue blood glucose control.
Medium dose group:When the patients blood glucose was <= 13.9 mmol/L, normal insulin 0.2 U kg-1 h-1 was used to continue blood glucose control
Large dose group:When the patients blood glucose was <= 13.9 mmol/L, normal insulin 0.3 U kg-1 h-1 was used to continue blood glucose control.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 = 3 mmol/L or positive urine ketone body, HCO3 < 18 mmol/L, arterial blood pH < 7.3, and a history of taking SGLT-2 inhibitors within 5 days of onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of glucocorticoid within 1 week; 2. Some endocrine diseases, such as hypercortisolism, hyperthyroidism, pituitary growth hormone adenoma and glucagonoma, etc; 3. Severe infection, acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe trauma, acute pancreatitis, etc. Within one week; 4. Refuse to be enrolled or give up treatment.
