Trial group:Intraoperative Ringer's Solution with 5% Dextrose Infusion in thyroidectomy 10ml/kg/h
Control group:Intraoperative Ringer's Solution with same volume normal saline Infusion in thyroidectomy 10ml/kg/h

20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 65 years old; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade is I ; 3. All of the patients proposed to perform thyroidectomy; 4. The patients volunteered to participate in this trial and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type I or Type II diabetes patients; 2. Fasting glucose of more than 7.0mmol/L or glycosylated hemoglobin of more than 6.5%; 3. Gastric emptying dysfunction including gastroesophageal reflux disease; 4. Receive antiemetic drug 24h before thyroidectomy; 5. Patient has a history of postoperative nausea and vomiting; 6. Patient with motion sickness.
