18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is less than or equal to 75 years old; 2. The patient had no previous history of malignant tumor; 3. Chest CT showed lung cancer without hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis (the short diameter of lymph nodes is less than or equal to 1cm); 4. There is no contraindication of thoracotomy lobectomy for the function of main organs such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney; 5. Patients who did not receive radiotherapy, chemotherapy or targeted drug therapy before operation; 6. Patients voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The tumor diameter was more than 6cm and invaded the chest wall; 2. Patients with severe somatic diseases were excluded.
