Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent to participate in this trial; 2. 60 years <= age <= 90 years; 3. ASA classification II-III; 4. Operation time <= 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal abnormalities, severe visual and hearing impairment, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's or other central nervous system diseases; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >=30 or <=18.5; 3. Current or prolonged preoperative sedative or antidepressant use; 4. History of cardiac or neurosurgical surgery; 5. Alcohol, drug dependence, or drug abuse; 6. Pulmonary infection or surgical infection; 7. Intraoperative use of atropine anticholinergics; 8. no education (less than primary school education) or a score of <=23 on the Simple Measures Method (MMSE) or previous relevant neuropsychological testing.
