45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective unilateral hip arthroplasty who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form; 2. Age > 45 years old, no gender restriction; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III grades.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe liver and kidney diseases; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and heart diseases, and various types of severe arrhythmias; 3. History of malignant tumors; 4. Those with mental and cognitive impairments; 5. Those who refuse to participate or ask to quit midway.
