Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=18 years old; 2. The study is in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and China's clinical trial research regulations, and patients or their family members are informed and agree to participate in the trial; 3. Patients admitted to ICU met the SEPSIS 3.0 criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Severely abnormal coagulation function.
