Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men aged 3-70; 2. Those who meet the absolute surgical indications of penis-related surgery or those who meet the voluntary requirements of relative surgical indications; 3. Conscious; 4. No obvious aphasia, or although there is aphasia, they can communicate through reading and writing; 5. Patients can understand the contents of the questionnaire by themselves or their families can understand the wishes of patients and fill it out by future generations; 6. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious system diseases, such as malignant tumor, liver and kidney failure, etc; 2. Congenital or acquired absence of penis; 3. Those who are seriously ill and unable to cooperate with the investigation.
