Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 18 years; 2. BMI less than 24; 3. Gynecological benign diseases require laparoscopic surgery; 4. No contraindications of laparoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pelvic and abdominal adhesion; 2. Deep endometriosis; 3. History of major pelvic and abdominal surgery; 4. Severe coagulation disorder; 5. Pelvic deformity, unable to take leg parting and stone cutting position; 6. Previous history of umbilical hernia; 7. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 8. Pregnant, breast-feeding or postmenopausal women; 9. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade III, IV, or V.
