18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral pulmonary nodules <= 3cm should be treated with wedge resection, segmental resection, and lobectomy; 2. ASA I-II level; 3. Evaluation of intubation conditions (Mallampatis test) I-II; 4. No history of serious cardiovascular diseases, COPD, tuberculosis, active psychiatric diseases and blood system diseases; 5. Body mass index (BMI) < 25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital or acquired oropharyngeal malformation, previous laryngeal surgery history; 2. Active mental diseases; 3. Preoperative hypoxemia (oxygen saturation < 90%), forced expiratory volume at 1 second FEV1 < 1L; 4. Failure of ultrasound-guided paravertebral block.
