Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the SLICC classification criteria proposed by the International Lupus Clinical Collaboration Group in 2012 and were diagnosed with SLE in combination with clinical data; 2. Aged 18-60 years old; 3. Systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index 2000 (SLEDAI 2000) score <15, Patients with mild to moderate disease activity; 4. Clear consciousness, willing to cooperate with the investigator after explaining the research purpose to the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with mental disorders, severe cognitive impairment, or critically ill patients; 2. Those with pregnancy; 3. Those with unclear expression and communication barriers due to various reasons; 4. Those who are participating in other research projects.
