Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for patellofemoral arthritis; 2. Axial X-ray shows patellar tilt or valgus, patellofemoral joint space imbalance, osteophyte formation of the peripheral patella, subchondral bone sclerosis and so on. The degree of lesion met the radiographic grading criteria (Kellgren and Lawrenee method) grade I-II; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. Voluntary as a subject, can accept the trial method treatment, to ensure the course of treatment; 5. If you have already received other conservative treatment, you should undergo a washout period of more than 5 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure who can not tolerate stimulation; 2. Rheumatoid, rheumatoid knee arthritis, meniscus injury or dysplasia caused by knee pain function is limited; 3. Operating sites such as the knee joint and local soft tissue appear skin damage and red, swelling, heat, pain and inflammatory reaction; 4. With relevant contraindications to joint cavity injection; 5. Are receiving other related treatments that may affect the effect indicators of this study; 6. Not willing to accept researchers.
