Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The woman is 25-36 years old; 2. BMI 18-25 kg/m2; 3. Repeated implantation failure for unknown reasons (those who have undergone 3 or more embryo transfers or have accumulated more than 4 embryos without clinical pregnancy and have no clear reasons for implantation failure); 4. Transplantable frozen blastocysts (>=3BB); 5. Estrogen progesterone replacement therapy (HRT), endometrial thickness >=7mm on endometrial transformation day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities of both male and female (excluding chromosomal polymorphism); 2. Patients with PGT; 3. Uterine lesions that may affect implantation (including history of intrauterine adhesion, submucosal myoma, intramural myoma > 4cm, adenomyosis); 4. Hydrosalpinx without proximal tubal ligation; 5. Uterine malformation; 6. Repeated spontaneous abortion (2 or more fetal loss before 28 weeks of gestation); 7. Patients with implant failure due to known embryonic factors; 8. Serious internal and external secretory diseases; 9. Any circumstances deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by other researchers.
