Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. Periodontally healthy, gingivitis patients and periodontitis patients; 3. In Good general health condition; 4. No active caries; 5. Sign the informed consent form and be able to complete the test as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases; 2. Pregnant or women with pregnancy plans within 1 year; 3. Wearing orthodontic brackets or orthodontic appliances; 4. Wearing removable denture or gross prosthesis; 5. Suffering from untreated dental caries, mucosal lesions, soft and hard tissue tumors, and other oral diseases other than periodontal disease; 6. Received periodontal treatment or surgery within 3 months; 7. Smoke cigarettes, any e-cigarette products, pipes or cigars; 8. Use antibiotic mouthwash antibacterial efficacy toothpaste Within 3 months; 9. Have taken drugs that cause gingival hyperplasia within 3 months; 10. Have taken antibiotics, antiviral antifungal antiparasitic steroids, or immunomodulatory drugs probiotic preparations (excluding fermented foods such as yogurt)through oral intravenous, injection or inhalation within 3 months.
