75 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for spinal surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2. ASA grade I~III; 3. Age 75-85; 4. Operation time less than 4 hours; 5. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, asthma, pneumothorax, previous chest surgery, such as lobectomy, etc.; 2. Severe cardiovascular diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. BMI>= 30 kg/m2; 4. Preoperative oxygen saturation <=90%; 5. Participants in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to study inclusion.
