Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Coronary angiography confirmed the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction caused by ASCVD, and PCI is required; 3. LDL-C>2.6mmol/L before PCI; LDL-C>1.4mmol/L(55mg/dL) before PCI in patients who have been receiving stable treatment with statin within>=4 weeks prior to enrollment; 4. Ability to understand the requirements of the study and to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with follow-up; 2. Contraindication of PCSK9 inhibitor use (allergic constitution, etc.); 3. Previous use of PCSK9 inhibitors; 4. Recent (within 3 months) use of other biological agents, immunosuppressants, immunomodulators, anti-metabolic drugs; 5. Complicated with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, severe infections and other diseases that may affect the prognosis; 6. Has been included in other clinical trials that may affect the purpose or results of this study; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Non-cardiovascular disease with expected survival < 1 year.
