65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 65 years old; 2. Gender: not limited; 3. Diagnosis: hip fracture, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Clinical Orthopedics, radiological examination to determine the diagnosis of the first hip fracture, and no pathological fracture; 4. Procedure: intramedullary nail fixation (PFNA); 5. ASA classification: grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal; 2. Preoperative Pittsburgh score >6; 3. Combination of advanced tumors; 4. Perioperative antibiotics of different species; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary abnormalities: including acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, acute phase of cerebral infarction, severe arrhythmias (e.g., second-degree type II or greater conduction block), severe congestive heart failure, ejection fraction <45%, and patients with acute phase inflammatory lesions of the respiratory tract; 6. Abnormal coagulation function and long-term oral anticoagulants; 7. Opioids, sedative-hypnotic drugs, probiotics, etc. for 3 months prior to surgery.
