Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, unilateral limb onset, with or without shoulder movement disorder. According to the diagnostic criteria of Campbell orthopedic surgery (12th Edition) and ICD-10, patients diagnosed with rotator cuff injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation, adhesive shoulder bursitis, shoulder instability, scoliosis, kyphosis, severe cervical spondylosis and nerve injury, and patients with recent occipital or neck pain.
