Interventions

Group 1:20ml 3% cloprocaine was given through the epidural catheter, and the solution was pumped back through the epidural catheter
Group 2:MRI lumbar spine examination was performed after delivery and 24 hours after delivery

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Labor analgesia transferred to cesarean section; 2. Labor analgesia and vaginal delivery patients.
