Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Implant AT TORBI 709M intraocular lens; 2. Refer to the Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Astigmatism Correction Intraocular Lenses in my country (2017): (1) Cataract patients with regular corneal astigmatism >= 0.75 D and willing to take off the distance vision lens; (2) Aged over 18 years; (3) Cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Irregular corneal astigmatism, such as corneal scars, corneal degeneration, keratoconus, etc.; 2. Cataracts with eye diseases that may affect the stability of the lens capsular bag should be used with caution, such as loose or mild rupture of the lens suspensory ligament, pseudocapsular exfoliation syndrome, etc.; 3. Cataract patients with insufficient pupil dilation or loose iris syndrome may affect the accurate positioning of IOL during the operation; 4. Patients with high myopia may choose a reasonable choice depending on the condition of the capsular bag because of the large lens capsular bag; 5. The researcher believes that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for selection.
