Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who take at least 1 time of Ilaprazole Sodium for Injection in the inpatient department of the research institutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.If the adverse reactions / events of a case maybe caused by other reasons, the experts groups need to discuss exclude the case or not.
