Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Bacterial keratitis: 1. Have signs such as conjunctival hyperemia and edema, viscous or mucopurulent secretion; 2. Positive bacterial culture of corneal smear or scrape; 3. Subjects or their legal guardians volunteered to join the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance and cooperated with follow-up; Herpes simplex keratitis: 1. Have a cold, fever or specific predisposing factors; 2. The cornea is turbid, showing dendritic, map-like or discoid changes; 3. PCR detection of viral HSV DNA is positive or antiviral treatment is effective; 4. Subjects or their legal guardians volunteered to join the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance and cooperated with follow-up; Fungal keratitis: 1. Fungal hyphae or spores were detected by corneal scraping smear; 2. The fungal culture result of corneal scraping was positive; 3. Fungal hyphae or spores were detected from pathological tissues; 4. Fungal hyphae or spores were found by corneal laser confocal microscopy; 5. The subjects or their legal guardians voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance and cooperated with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency (especially CCR <0.8 mL/min/kg) or patients with electrolyte imbalance; 2. Combined with a clear immunodeficiency disease; 3. Combined with neuroparesthesia or anemia or neutropenia, thrombocytopenia; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients, or all subjects of childbearing age (male and female) who plan to become pregnant or are unwilling to contraception during the study period; 5. People with mental or mental illness; 6. The researcher judges that the subjects may have human rights systemic diseases that are not suitable for participating in this research; 7. Past history of foreign body in the eye, acid-base burn, etc.
