Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female, aged 40-85; 2. The diagnostic criteria in line with the guidelines of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) in 2021: 1) The possibility of COPD should be considered for any patient with dyspnea, cough, expectoration symptoms and/or a history of exposure to risk factors; In this case, perform lung function examination; 2) Pulmonary function test: after using bronchodilator, FEV1/FVC<0.70, it was confirmed that there was persistent airflow restriction; 3. The patient's cough, expectoration, shortness of breath and other symptoms are stable or mild, without acute exacerbation of COPD (such as increased cough, expectoration, and/or wheezing in a short period of time, increased sputum volume, purulent or mucopurulent, and even fever and other inflammatory manifestations); 4. Accept treatment voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot complete cardiopulmonary exercise test, Or the result of cardiopulmonary exercise test is positive (Including: in the lead with R wave predominance, the ST segment blood deficiency type moves down = 0.1mV during or after exercise, and the duration is more than 2 minutes; in the lead with original ST segment moving down before exercise, it should move down = 0.1mV on the original basis, and the duration is more than 2 minutes; in the lead with non-pathological Q wave, the ST segment arch back rises up = 0.1mV during or after exercise, and the duration is more than 1 minute; in the exercise, typical angina pectoris occurs; in the exercise, the blood pressure drops more than 10 MmHg, or with systemic reaction, such as hypotension shock); 2. 6-minute walking test distance = 500m; 3. Patients with acute myocardial infarction, chronic pulmonary heart disease, or heart failure due to liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 4. Those with malignant tumor, immune connective tissue disease, serious osteoarthropathy and neuromuscular system disease; 5. Mental disorders and cognitive disorders; 6. Breastfeeding and pregnant women.
