Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the relevant diagnostic criteria of uterine/vaginal fornix organ prolapse in Obstetrics and Gynecology (9th Edition); 2. Patients with grade III and grade IV were evaluated according to the POP quantitative staging method developed by the International Association for Urinary Control; 3. The ECOG physical state score of the included patients is 0 or 1; 4. No contraindication of operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with perinatal pregnancy-related diseases; 2. Patients with liver, kidney and lung dysfunction; 3. Patients with malignant tumor of reproductive system.
