Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The basic data of the screening study subjects come from the internal physical examination data of Yiga Health Management Company, and the second physical examination will be conducted for the study subjects after the screening of the qualified subjects. According to the "Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Dyslipidaemia in Adults in China" (Revised Edition, 2016), and in accordance with the recommendations for the appropriate level of the lipid composition and the abnormal cut-off point of China's population, when serum TC =5.2mmol/L and/or TG =1.7 When serum TC =5.2mmol/L and/or TG =1.7mmol/L and/or LDL-C =3.4mmol/L and/or HDL-C <1.0mmol/L, it is regarded as dyslipidaemia; 2. BMI range: 18.5-23.9kg/m2; 3. Age =18 years old; 4. Ethnicity: Han Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, lactating mothers; 2. diabetes, coronary heart disease people, hyperthyroidism patients, patients with malignant tumours, asthma, etc. In addition to dyslipidaemia suffering from other chronic diseases; 3. alcoholics; 4. postoperative patients; 5. endocrine disease patients and those who receive hormone therapy; 6. long-term use of antibiotics crowd; 7. long-term use of probiotics, prebiotics and other agents to change the function of intestinal flora of the population; 8. the use of immunomodulatory preparations of the population.
