18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who entered ICU after receiving major surgery; 2.Patients who extubated within 24 h after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The age is less than 18; 2. Intracranial pressure>20mmHg; 3. Hemodynamic instability; 4. Untreated pneumothorax; 5. Acapella cannot be used.
