Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Pregnancy diabetes: 1)FPG=5.1mmol/L 2) 1h blood glucose = 10.0mmol/L; 3) The diagnosis can be made if the blood glucose = 8.5mmol/L in 2h. Or at any time during pregnancy, the OGTT results in accordance with the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes in China (2017) formulated by the diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association are consistent with the diagnosis of GDM or dominant diabetes during pregnancy. 3. It is planned to receive standardized prenatal examination, pregnancy health care, production and post-natal care in this institution or research cooperation institution; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Definitely diagnosed as any type of diabetes in the past; 2. diabetes caused by glucocorticoid use; 3. Complicated with serious systemic diseases and malignant tumors; 4. In a state of stress such as infection and trauma; 5. Complicated with serious mental illness and cognitive impairment; 6. Unable to cooperate independently to complete the examination and follow-up related to the study; 7. Participate in other clinical trials within three months before enrollment.
