Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Aphasia was detected by the Chinese Aphasia Assessment Scale; 3. Age = 20 years old and = 80 years old, gender unlimited; 4. The first onset of disease, with unlimited duration; 5. The patient volunteered and signed the informed consent form (if the patient could not sign the informed consent form due to physical obstacle or other reasons, the legal guardian of the patient should sign on behalf of him).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In the acute stage (within two weeks) or progressive stage of stroke, the vital signs are unstable; 2. People with cognitive impairment, emotional impairment, mental impairment, visual and auditory impairment; 3. Have serious heart, liver, kidney disease or infectious disease; 4. Those with other neurological diseases; 5. People with language dysfunction caused by other causes before the onset of disease; 6. Patients with contraindications of magnetic resonance.
