Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic standard of glaucoma shall comply with the definition of the International Society for Geographic and Epidemiological Ophthalmology (ISGEO); 2. Diagnostic criteria for glaucoma: fundus changes (optic disc hemorrhage, nerve fiber layer defect, C/D > 0.7, binocular C/D difference > 0.2; optic disc edge < 0.1) and corresponding visual field damage with characteristics of glaucoma, which are diagnosed by two glaucoma experts at the same time; 3. Other selection criteria: 1) Age = 50 years old; 2) After the implementation of community glaucoma screening; 3) Living in the streets or towns of the 12 community health service centers included in the study; 4) Be willing to sign the informed consent form; 5) Willing to receive further treatment in Yinzhou People's Hospital; 6) Be able to cooperate in completing questionnaires on quality of life, income and medical expenses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Penetrating injury of eyeball or serious contusion of eyeball, abnormal angle of the room; 2) Diabetes retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion or other retinal and optic nerve diseases that can cause visual field changes; 3) Serious cardio-cerebrovascular disease, kidney disease and lung disease can not cooperate with the examination; 4) Patients who visit hospitals other than the designated hospitals in this study; 5) Secondary glaucoma; 6) Previously received glaucoma treatment; 7) Severe cataract requiring cataract surgery; 8) Being treated for other ophthalmic diseases; 9) The best corrected vision of the patient is less than 0.1; 10) Glaucomatous visual field damage MD < - 20dB.
