Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. According to the evaluation guidelines for patients with pulmonary nodules in Asia, patients diagnosed as pulmonary sarcoidosis need to undergo resection of pulmonary nodules; 3. From January 2008 to December 2020, he visited the Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University; 4. Patients undergoing the following operations: segmental pneumonectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy, other lung tissue resection, and esophagectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative CKD stage 5; 2. Lack of serum creatinine data; 3. Re-operation within 1 week after operation.
